Party Time does not offer a refund for change of mind or making a wrong selection. However, we do offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of the delivery date. We abide by all your statutory rights as set out by Australian Consumer Law.
For hygienic reasons, no returns can be accepted on wigs, masks, jewellery or contact lenses unless they are faulty. No refund will be given on Seasonal Products after the end of that particular season, nor will part packages be accepted for return. Party Time will not accept responsibility for, nor refund the cost of goods that do not arrive in the condition that they were sold, or if they do not arrive on time.
Goods found to have a manufacturing defect will be replaced. Claims for faulty stock should be reported to Party Time within 5 days of the receipt of the goods and all claims must be approved prior to the return of the product, along with a copy of the invoice.
No refund will be given on delivery costs or costs incurred by the customer in return of the goods.
